Products made in Zhejiang are positioned to be ¡°China¡¯s first-rate and world-class¡± products. Therefore, the principles of high precision, high strength and high pressure resistance are observed when formulation group specifications, which impose higher requirements on key areas of products like material selection, technical performance, testing methods, testing rules, labeling, packaging, transport, storage and quality commitment.
As a member of the National Technical Committee on Boilers and Pressure Vessels of Standardization Administration of China, Zhongda Advanced Material has participated in the compilation of NB/T47019.1, NB/T47019.5 and NB/T 47019.6, with the compilation of NB/T 47019.5 Stainless Steel being presided over by Zhongda New Materials. In 2020-2021, the company participated in the amendment of these standards in addition to formulating the NB/T47019.9 standard. Compared with the 2011 version, the 2021 new standards further classify stainless steel seamless pipes to satisfy diversified customer needs.
Presently, national standards being drafted by Zhongda Materials included Seamless austenitic stainless steel pipes for high pressure hydrogenation unit, Sanitary stainless steel clean pipe, Seamless stainless steel pipes for oxygen pipeline and Stainless austenitic stainless steel pipes for nuclear power instrument pressure piping hook-up (project presided over by Zhongda).
